Gender equality is vital for developmental progress. Women play a great role in fostering the sustainable development goal agenda. Cepow through its women and development program is aimed at empowering young women on leadership skills, entrepreneurship, rights of the girl child (gender right education), and inclusive integration of women in all development activities carried out by Cepow. We aim at designing a project and implementation, which will act as a springboard toward gender-based equality.
